A confidential consultation takes place and if interested in proceeding, we will send you our family agreement and then start our search. We will create a customized and detailed job description of your needs, preferences, schedule, budget and special set of skills you are looking for in a nanny or other household staff.

An extensive screening is done on candidates who offer the combination of  skill-set, experience, passion and professionalism. This includes reference checks, personal interviews and internet screenings. Once an offer of employment is extended, a comprehensive background check including social security tracing, criminal records, sex offender registries, DMV report and CPR verification are followed. Additional screening options are offered if desired.   

We take pride in quality over quantity, so once you review a selection of summary profiles, we will schedule a working interview/trial with those you preferred the most and follow up with you and the candidate for confidential feedback. When you've made your selection, at that point the hiring process and negotiations will begin and you and your family are on your way to a new exciting chapter. 

We will provide you with any hiring advice and when you've decided to make an offer to your future nanny or other household staff, we will also help with the offer of employment letter, employer contract and payroll setup if needed to ensure a successful working relationship.
