Once you submit your application and resume, we will review it and determine if you meet the initial criteria we're looking for as a potential candidate. if so, we will invite you for a personal interview to learn more about you and what you are looking for with both family and ideal position.
In hopes of having had a successful interview with you, we will then proceed to send you our applicant agreement and ask you to provide at least two references from your former employers to ensure that you are just as amazing as we think!
Once we know you have met our qualifications and could be the right fit for a family, we will send your summary profile to the family. If selected, an interview for that position will then follow. We will coordinate interviews and provide helpful tips to be successful.
Congrats! Now that you've made it this far with completion of a working interview and a family is interested in hiring you and extends an offer of employment, a comprehensive background check will follow. Once approved, we will help negotiate your employment package.
We want to ensure that you have an understanding of the position and your goals, so we are here to answer any questions or concerns you might have and would love to know how things are going with your position!
